Rank Structure

Staff (STF)

Each Staff member is selected by the Triumvirates to serve Salvation Gaming in various community related aspects.

A Staff role may include but is not limited to: website graphics, marketing, public relations, tournaments, leagues, gamebattles etc.

 

Specialist (SPL)

A Specialist is an Salvation Gaming member who has passed the rank of Recruit but has opted out of the Rank Structure.

Each Specialist is a valued member and the rank is a legitimate position for all those who choose to game without participating in the overall Rank Structure.

 

Conscript (CST)

Conscripts are a trial-member,

there are no requirements to become a Conscript except for a willingness to become an active and participating member of the community.

The only thing a Conscript must do is register on the website within three days(Seventy-Two Hours).

 

Private (PVT)

After three days a Conscript can be promoted to a private.

The Privates duties include but are not limited to; being an active and participating member of the community and help recruit new members.

Each squad can consist of (1) to (4) Privates.

 

Private First Class (PFC)

After One Week(Seven Days) a Private can be promoted to Private First Class (PFC).

The Private First Class responsibilities include being an active participating member of the community, making the Community a better place, and helping recruit new members.

Each squad can consist of (1) to (3) Privates First Class.

 

Sergeant (SGT)

After Two weeks (Fourteen Days) a Private First Class may be promoted to a Sergeant.

The Sergeants duties include but are not limited to; Assisting with the basic running of the battalion, helping to manage the lower ranks, educating new members and helping recruit new members.

After Reaching the rank or Sergeant the user is allowed to have the initials Salvation Gaming in front of his gamer tag with the Major Generals approval.

Each squad can consist of (1) to (3) Sergeants

Lieutenant (LT)

After one month(Thirty-one days) a Sergeant may be promoted to Lieutenant.

The Lieutenant is in charge of running his Company if the Captain is MIA.

The Lieutenant is also expected to be an example for the other members of the Company on Activity, Dedication and Loyalty.

A Lieutenant has the ability to recommend any promotion or demotion in his/her Company

A Lieutenant helps the captain in day to day operation so everything is going smoothly.

Each Company can consist of (1) Lieutenant.

 

Captain (CPT)

After two months (Sixty Days) a First Lieutenant may be promoted to Captain.

The Captain is in charge of the company, he must insure that all platoons are functioning properly.

The Captain must be a great example of Activity, Dedication and Loyalty.

A Captain has the ability to promote or demote anyone in his squad and platoon.

The Captains help the Colonel in day to day operation with the battalion.

A Captain must hold weekly meetings to keep in contact with everyone in his squad.

A Captain must update his squad list weekly or when the Colonel has requested them to be updated.

 

Colonel (COL)

After three months (Ninety Days) a captain may be promoted to Colonel.

The Colonel operates the regiment.

The Colonel must organize all the platoons and get them together every week or more.

The Colonels are one of the shining stars of leadership in the Community.

The Colonel has the power to remove anyone from their regiment.

The Colonel has the power to promote and demote anyone in his regiment.

A Colonel must hold weekly meeting to keep in contact with everyone in his regiment.

A Colonel must have his regiment battalion list updated on the 1st and 15th of every month.

 

Brigadier General (xB)

After five months (One Hundred and Fifty Days) a Colonel may be promoted to Brigadier General.

The Brigadier General ensures that all Regiments under his control are in full operation and deals with any problems that may occur.

The Brigadier General while not only being a Shining star of Leadership must all take a new roll in organizing events and other activities for the community.

The Brigadier General may over watch one to five regiments

A Brigadier General are identified with the initials “xB” at the end of their gamer tag “Example xB”

A Brigadier General can approve or disapprove a gamer tag change.

 

Major General (xM)

After nine months (Two Hundred and Seventy Days) a Brigadier General may be promoted to Major General.

The Major General is in charge of all regiments and assigning Brigadier Generals to over watch certain Regiments.

A Major General are identified with the initials “xM” at the end of their gamer tag “Example xM”

A Major General helps the Triumvirates in day to day operation and making sure that “ ” is a safe place for gamers.

A Major General oversees and helps all Brigadier Generals with all issues.

A Major General can approve or disapprove a gamer tag change.

 

Triumvirates (xT)

The Triumvirates oversee all of Salvation Gaming

The Triumvirates are responsible for all issues affecting Salvation Gaming as a whole.

A Triumvirate are identified with the initials “xT” at the end of ones gamer tag “SGC Example xT”
